Candle care

Remove the tag, twine and all packaging before lighting. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant dish large enough to catch melted wax. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Allow the candle and wax to cool before handling. Sculptural candles may drip and change shape as they burn. Store away from heat and direct sunlight.

Will my sculptural candle drip as it burns?

Yes, some wax dripping is natural for sculptural candles without a container. We recommend placing your candle on a heat-resistant tray or holder to catch any melted wax.

How should I burn my sculptural candle safely?

Place your candle upright on a stable, heat-resistant surface with a tray to catch melted wax. Trim the wick to around 5 mm before lighting, keep away from drafts and flammable materials, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Will every candle look exactly the same?

Each candle is handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour and finish may occur. These little differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
