Where do you ship from?

We dispatch orders from Christchurch, New Zealand.

How long will my order take?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. This is the time we need to prepare your order; delivery takes additional time and depends on your address and the courier service.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on eligible New Zealand orders of NZ$75 or more after discounts.

For international delivery options, rates and any address exclusions, please see our Shipping & Delivery page. Availability and final shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.

Free pickup is also available from Bella Hair Salon in Christchurch. Choose pickup at checkout and wait for your collection confirmation before visiting.

Can I return an item?

For change-of-mind returns, please email hello@oryaori.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full conditions. You can also use your customer account if a return option is available there.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law are not affected by our change-of-mind return conditions.
