Window at Dawn recalls the first hour after sunrise, when the room is still cool and the day has not yet gathered pace. Bergamot and petitgrain open with a crisp citrus-green character, while vetiver adds a dry, finely textured edge.

As the candle burns, grapefruit and orange blossom bring a gentle brightness through the centre. Vanilla softens the transition without making the fragrance sugary, before cedar, amber and musk settle into a warm, restrained finish. Light it while the house is coming to life, at the beginning of a working day, or during a relaxed weekend morning—it brings a fresh, composed atmosphere to the room.

Hand-poured in Christchurch, New Zealand, using 100% natural soy wax. Presented in a muted green glass vessel with a natural cork lid and ORYAORI kraft paper outer box.

How long will my candle burn?

Our 180g soy candles offer up to 25 hours of burn time. Actual burn time may vary depending on how you use and care for your candle.

How should I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt close to the edges of the jar to help prevent tunnelling. Always burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, and never leave a candle unattended.

How strong is the fragrance?

Each fragrance has its own character, and how noticeable it feels can vary depending on room size, airflow and personal preference. We recommend starting in a smaller space to enjoy the scent.
